I am interested in finding what maintenance plans you have analyzed seem attractive? Or that you have used for your house and you really enjoyed the maintenance worked out. Or if you do not use any maintenance in your panels.

PV is pretty much maintenance free. No moving parts, no liquids.
Solar thermal liquid systems can have various issues over time. Solar hot air, not so much.
A leak in an air system will usually not cause damage, just potentially efficiency issues.
But since I designed and installed all my own systems, I probably am not the best person
to give you a "centrist" view on this matter....

Nothing needed unless in an especially dusty/dry area.  Rain keeps our panels clean enough.   We actually gave them a good cleaning after 8 years and production DROPPED by a slight amount.  So I just let the rain do it's job.
