All nominations now require a nomination form submission, a nominee resume (or short bio for the Vories award), and two (2) letters of support. Self-nominations are not allowed and the letters of support must come from individuals other than the nominator. All nomination forms must be completed by a current ASES Member and submitted no later than February 15, 2022. Nominations packages (nomination form, nominee resume, and two letters of support) must be completed by this date and sent to awards@ases.org.
Nominations for ASES Fellows recognize members of ASES who have served with distinction in the advancement of solar energy by way of research, education, public service, and/or service to ASES. Fellow nominees must have been an ASES member for at least ten cumulative years. An eligible member must be nominated by three members of ASES in good standing, at least one of whom is a Fellow. Submit Fellows letters of nomination to fellows@ases.org.
Nominations, including the completed (online) form, nominee's resume, other documentation, and seconding letters are due no later than February 15, 2022. Submit the nomination form on the corresponding awards webpage and send the two letters of support and nominee's resume to Awards Committee Chair L.L. Kazmerski at awards@ases.org.
