Hello ASES members,
What are some ways you connect with potential solar workers, and what sort of resources would you suggest for those interested in getting involved?
Maybe I don't have the right search terms but I don't personally see much besides just applying for jobs and posting here. And while ASES has 13,400 members (according to the newsletter) most of them are not forum active.
I have made the investment to attend (and volunteer for) the conference in June and I hope to make connections there. But not everyone who might be interested in starting in the industry has that ability and it's a once a year thing.
Put another way: how do you see conversations start that lead to the work?
