Just a heads up. In PA a new Senate bill, SB501, has been introduced. It is Bi-partisan and addresses community solar along with the very important AEP solar tier I carve outs and requirements, for industrial and residential solar. Spread the word if in PA. This would have a major impact on SREC value in the state.

Subject: Community Solar
About half the States have authorized a Community Solar program that seeks to offer
the savings of distributed solar systems to Low- and Moderate-Income ("LMI") persons
in the surrounding communities. LMI are income amounts established by HUD, and
they vary by census tract. In NJ we have a pretty good program, if too small.
My question is, in your state, does the program determine LMI qualifiication based
on the income levels established by HUD for the Subscriber's location or for the solar
system's location?
And if your state doesn't use LMI for qualificating a Subscriber, what does it use?
Thanks in advance,
Gus
