I'm no expert on Fronius inverters but I noticed in this video
https://youtu.be/NDTMe6nbGQE, one of the screens has an option to set the "MPPT2 start voltage". This is a shot in the dark but if you can compare the MPPT1 & MPPT2 start voltages, perhaps you'll find they are not the same and you may have to adjust the MPPT2 setting to get it to start at the same time as MPPT1.

I'm hoping for some expert opinion as I can't find anything on the net. Just had solar installed and it failed the inspection. It was due to the fronius inverter and the mttp connections. Mttp 1 turns on instantly but mttp2 takes 5minutes to turn on. The certification guy said he's never seen it before and has certified over 300 systems.
Just wondering if there any opinions out there on what this is.
