Hi Mark: You can see a screen shot capture for a Google query for Enphase CT's.
CT's look like plastic donuts that are placed around the main wires in your main breaker box, usually.
I am not going to get into a "blind" guessing contest on what is or is not in your system for its function.
CT's are the "standard" for measuring power "travel" on most solar installs and power meter devices.
What can happen on these systems is installers can pick and choose different equipment to assemble the total system deliverable. You should have in your possession an exact equipment list for you system install, which should detail out the EXACT equipment used for your install.
Unfortunately a PV solar system is not quite as simple as a microwave oven for the end consumer regarding information and understanding. You are going to have to get your hands "dirty" a bit to find out exactly what you have and where it is. IF you have an Enphase gateway type of device, I would think an Enphase app would communicate if the configuration was correct.
But to be honest, the installer SHOULD be able and willing to help you with this and any questions you have for a proper service after the sale cooperation. Without pictures and exact equipment list models it is hard for us to know precisely what to tell you to get you operational. But hopefully some of the info we've given you will help.

I did load the enlighten app on my phone, but I can't "connect" to my system because it's not enphase equipment and not an enphase installation.
Certasun uses enphase inverters, but it is a sunpower system (the control box? ).

That's a good start, enphase micro Inv's. As mentioned, usually there will be a gateway that has coms availability. This would usually be located next to you main breaker box or close by for the attachment of CT's (Current transformers) that allow for power readings, etc.. Your local Wi-Fi would then communicate with that.
This URL to enpahse gives you a brief overview of how the systems work.

I know they are enphase micro inverters, but I don't have the model right now. Trying to verify what was installed.
Still new to this, so my apologies for not having it right on hand. I'll get that info here as soon as I track it down

I am guessing you have micro-inverters..??..
If so make and model..
EDIT:
To give more detail, the solar panels themselves are pretty much irrelevant when it comes to communication detail. If you have micro-inverters, those inverters are where the communication interface is located. There are several ways it can be done, usually through what's called a "gateway" coms unit.
SO the possible app you seek would have to recognize this "coms" unit", etc..
SO to help you, make and model of these micro-inverters and gateway if exists, are needed....

Hello!
New to this community. I just got my system installed the end of January.
CertaSun is the installer and equipment provider, and I am satisfied with just about everything so far.
The only thing that is not where I would like it to be is the app that they developed to monitor the system. It's, like, 90% of what I would like.
The only thing that I feel is lacking is the ability to see how individual panels are performing. After speaking with a rep from the company, that is not something available at this time.
Does anyone know of a 3rd party application that I can use to monitor that information?
Thanks
