DOE's Clean Energy to Communities (C2C) Peer Learning Cohort program is currently accepting applications for the January-June 2025 round of cohorts, which will include a focus on distributed wind in rural and agricultural communities. If you work with any of the entities list below, please consider passing this information along. The application deadline has been extended to Tuesday, November 12. Applications should take 30 minutes or less to complete.

Who should you share it with?
    • Contacts interested in considering distributed wind, including those in local governments, especially rural counties, towns, and villages; Tribes, including Alaska Native Villages, Alaska Native Corporations, and state-recognized Tribes; regional development organizations (councils of government, etc.); economic development corporations; university cooperative extensions; cooperative and municipal utilities

What will they get out of the program?
    • From January-June 2025, cohort participants interested in pursuing distributed wind will gather monthly for presentations from peers and subject matter experts, share their personal experiences to help inform their colleagues' work, make progress on a work product that will help move their DW efforts forward, and meet 1:1 with program staff to receive focused support (e.g., technical or economic analysis, coaching, etc.) for their effort.
