I am not sure that all your objections and recommendations in anyway are differentiated by solar, as opposed to any other field or hierarchical structure.

So I am not willing to say solar is better or worse regarding management skills, team leads or any other attached area.

Management is always a challenge, as getting different personality types to function together smoothly...
