I would look at allot of the companies that have used panels or refurbs to sell. The price is way lower then brand new and most of the time the utility is still 100% or close to it. Used inverters would also be a good place to look. There is an increasing stock out there from companies who's inverters cannot be used do to DER initiatives locking their equipment out of new installs, because they don't meet the latest and greatest spec, driving up prices of course. We can not have low cost solutions out there for rooftop solar. They really can not restrict the panels so they work the inverter angle.
Anyway, I would look used because they also might be more willing to "part" with that...
