    Hi Everyone,

    While having a PPA is a wonderful way to reduce energy bills, I know some folks in California who are having a super hard time selling their really nice affordable Santa Rosa home because it has a PPA. Anyone have some good tips for how to promote PPA as a super wonderful aspect?
