Greetings ASES Members,
The PV Technical Division would like to invite you all to our next quarterly webinar. (Please note that you will need to have a personal or business Zoom account and log in to that account before joinging the webinar.)
You won't want to miss our guest speaker next Wednesday afternoon. Claire Kearns-McCoy from Clean Energy Associates will share results from their recent study "Solar PV Module Quality Risks". Claire will cover damage and defects that might appear throughout the PV module lifecycle. She will also discuss the resurgence of silicon crack defects over the past few years as well as a range of defect types that can be detected with visual inspection and more complex methods.
Whether you are looking to install a new array or want to learn more about your existing PV system, this is a must-see event!
PV Division Chair, John Burke, and I hope to see you all online Wednesday, 3/20, from 6-7pm EDT / 4-5pm MDT.
Agenda
Solar PV Module Quality Risks - Claire Kearns-McCoy, Clean Energy Associates (CEA)
If we have time after Claire's presentation and Q&A, we will have our regular
O&M Roundtable to share current issues you are seeing with your system to get feedback on resolution paths
and current observations/learnings you may wish to share with division members.
