Hello everyone,
I'm Jennifer Bernstein, Editor-in-Chief of Case Studies in the Environment, and I'm reaching out to identify potential peer reviewers for a manuscript currently under consideration.
The paper presents a comparative case study of two community solar initiatives, one in Los Angeles and one in Medellín, examining how different governance models (top-down utility-led vs. community-owned) shape environmental, social, and equity outcomes. It engages with themes of energy justice, socio-technical systems, and the limits of replicable models in climate solutions.
I'm looking for reviewers with expertise in:
- community energy / community solar
- energy justice / just transition
- environmental policy or socio-technical systems
Reviewing is also a great way to get to know the journal a bit better. I think of us as a boutique journal with an important mission.
If you're interested and available, please email me directly at jennifer.bernstein@gmail.com.
Best,
Jennifer Bernstein
