    Do solar cost decreasing while the efficiency increasing? By how much? Because I believe  these are two key factors that determines the popularity of solar energy. Thank you!

    costs of 3$ watt keep declining 2% a year   eff has gone from 10 to 20% in ten years  so a % a year
