Cool graphic but I gotta say, not getting it. The first frame shows electric bills going higher. If Ms. Jean's bill is low, is someone selling her on incentives to get it higher? Why is her bill low while rates are rising? Does she have solar already? And wish I could click to see the origin story, but doesn't seem to be a link there...
