I scanned through the magazine, read some parts more than others. I would be careful on the correlations regarding war, especially in a specific way. Today war is waged for profit, not out of survival or necessity. As long as there is money to be made on weapons and ammunition and especially the debt created by destruction for the 'build backs' (The banks interest gain), WAR for profit will not end. Now, does RE make for a more stable energy environment? Yes. Is it a better way to go? Yes. DO we need it for species survival? Yes. Does it make for a healthier planet for all of Earths inhabitant's? Yes.
But again you had a line, "......it can improve the resiliency and security of standing militaries......" Standing militaries are the quint essential TOOLS of CW used to facilitate war. No standing militaries, no war, at least as we define it today. Russia's invasion was a pure unattracted act of aggression, unprovoked for the benefit of those in power and profit. It was not "need" based for any of the masses in either country (Famine, energy starvation, water, etc.). And as long as those incentives exist, the world could be 100% RE and war will still exist with all its
nihilistic and fascistic over tones.

Subject: Solar Today Supports "Peace Through Solar Power"
Our new issue of Solar Today is dedicated to the people in refugee camps who could have escaped violent crime if they had solar equipment for lighting and cooking.
It is also dedicated to the brave and hardworking solar experts who have toiled in conflict zones, often risking their lives to install solar power where terrorism and abductions are going on.
The main message of this issue is that solar power can be a weapon of peace. And we can and should be proactive about taking action, even if we do that from our desks in North America.
What are your thoughts after reading this issue? Let me know.
