A futuristic, 'souped-up' EV version of a classic hillbilly jalopy, driven by a character resembling a futuristic  Jed Clampett. He's cruising down a shimmering photovoltaic highway that winds through a lush, vibrant countryside. The landscape is filled with solar-powered villages, thriving gardens, friendly faces waving, and happy animals grazing nearby. The aesthetic is a blend of rustic charm and advanced green technology, a 'solar-punk' utopia. The video captures the journey from the beginning of the song for 2 minutes. The full song also listed.  Enjoy  some Cool Iced - Texas Tea

Catch full Sol Knight Recording Studio Adventures here and enjoy  three full albums, The Cosmic Back Porch, Aquarius Sun, and Biosphere One-----Plus much more as well developing projects. Wow!  Back at Ya!  We are so honored to be a part of the American Solar Energy Society. We are working hard here at the Sol-Era R & D Labs and  Recording Studio. We are truly living in some very exciting times, as the prospects of the solar energy technologies infiltrate the planet as the dominate energy source, as our Sun has always been. Thank you so much Ella for all you do at ASES as you are a true " Gem" *  We are looking Sol forward to the ASES solar conference this year "Solar for All, Y'all,"🤠

O My Goodness~  Lets not let that creative solar spark go empty handed across the world.

Most products, labor, and services being produced are using more energy towards a failed fossil fuel based culture in clean ups, manufacturing replacement parts, service stations, offshore oil rigs, refinement, shipping, distribution, infrastructure, disease, war, and pollution than the energy you get from the end product in the first place. At some point in the very near future human beings will understand that it is far cheaper to just all out scrap the old non- renewable system and recycle into the new more self-sufficient system.

    Choose the SUN

    Lyrics

    Look at the gray sky
    Iron teeth tearing the sod
    Smoke stacking up high
They sell you a life in a box
They feed you a lie on a tray
One world is built on theft
The other is waiting in the seed
Which world do you want to live in
    I choose the sun
    Tear up the blacktop today
Planting a row in the dust
    Panels catching the heat
    Silver glass drinking the light
    Power lines fall away
    (Fall away)

    Chorus

We are the ones who grow
    Building around the bright sun
Back to the garden we go
    (Living off the land)
Breaking the chain and the wire
    (Living off the land)

    Verse 2

    No more buying their weight
Hands got dirt in the grain
    Water clear from the well
    Power pulled from the blue
    Stockyards left in the past
    (Left behind)

    Chorus

We are the ones who grow
    Building around the bright sun
Back to the garden we go
    (Living off the land)
Breaking the chain and the wire
    (Living off the land)

    Bridge

    Producer and the seed
    Consumer left in the smoke
    Harvesting every beam
Turning the wheel of the year
    Freedom in the dirt
    (Freedom in the dirt)

    Chorus

We are the ones who grow
    Building around the bright sun
Back to the garden we go
    (Living off the land)
Breaking the chain and the wire
    (Living off the land)

    Outro

    I choose the sun
    (I choose the sun)
    Back to the garden
    (Back to the garden)
    Right where we belong
    Sunlight on my face
    (Sunlight on my face)
    I choose the sun
