We need your help documenting the damage to the industry from the Department of Commerce's investigation into the Auxin anticircumvention petition.
What is the Auxin circumvention petition?
Based on a petition from Auxin Solar, the U.S. Department of Commerce has initiated an investigation into imports of crystalline silicon PV modules and cells from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. Under U.S. trade law, final tariffs levied as a result of this investigation can be retroactive to the date of initiation.

| For impacts to solar projects 1 megawatt (MW) and above: Project-level data for large projects will be extremely valuable to show policymakers detailed and concrete impacts of the anti-circumvention investigation. All these projects must report delays and cancellations to the Energy Information Administration (EIA) via monthly Form 860m filings. |
