I see you posted in another thread that your contractor was Vision Solar. I will repeat what I wrote to another poster below, but also add this for your specific situation:

https://www.facebook.com/VisionSolarLLCNJ/I am sorry you are having to go through this. As a solar business owner, it is frustrating that there are bad contractors out there that are wrecking what should be an exciting and positive experience for you and others that have decided to invest in solar.
My suggestion would be to start documenting every phone call and every email related to corresponding with the company that installed your system. Then make a list of social media links that are associated with the company, their Google business listing, and any other publicly available resource that would enable you to describe the poor service your are receiving. Then leave detailed but honest reviews on each social media channel or review site that you can find, and keep track of what you wrote and where you wrote it. Then also file a complaint with your local BBB, and maybe call your state attorney general and file a formal complaint with their office.
Hopefully the company will realize that they need to rectify the problems you are experiencing or their business will ultimately be impacted by their poor customer service practices.
