Inspire others to go solar by showing off what you have done!  With the new National Solar Tour platform, it is super quick to add a virtual project - less than 10 minutes if you have a photo(s) or video ready to upload. Plus you can now go back and modify your info later yourself if you want to add more photos, info, links, and names of those involved with your project. Projects small and large are welcome and you need not share your exact address for virtual tours. Of course, it would be wonderful if you were willing to host an in-person tour so that your neighbors could hear your challenges and rewards.  Some communities and organizations are hosting larger events. Once you sign up,  you can add more than one as well to help spread the knowledge.

The official tour date is the first weekend in October, but you can pick any dates this year that work for you!  For virtual tours, your tour goes live immediately so you have project exposure throughout the rest of the year.

Did we say that it's free to host and attend???

Hosting tours is so important to ASES's mission of education. Can you please consider hosting a tour, or if you cannot, perhaps you can follow through with asking or helping someone else to do so?

Thanks so much for the consideration! And, once you do sign up, please consider posting back here on the community forum to tell us about it as well as sharing it on the social media platforms that you use.

Thanks, Debbie and others who are helping ASES add solar sites to the National Solar Tour. It’s super important between now and October.

I was so excited to see quite a few tours that just signed up, see some below:

    Taftsville Chapel Mennonite Fellowship (Vermont)

    Appleton Solar - Shop (Wisconsin)

David Reiner's Tour Site (New Jersey)

We are still missing some states so please check out the current map to see which states you can help us get listed on the map. So many of you ask us what you can do to help ASES – this is one big way to show your support!

    Thanks so much,
