I still over a year that vision solar NEVER complete my project and they put those solar on top of my roof without all the permit from the county

It has been 6 months and my system still isn't fully operational. It's insane I spent months calling and emailing and they being giving me excuses of the permit, blaming who knows who that they did a mistake of sending those papers to the wrong township....sure they are running of excuses. By the way ...
