ASES must be a lobbying organization for solar. Yes, ASES to survive must be 'political'. dnb Dale N. Bickenbach 5232 South Mason Avenue Tacoma, Washington 98409-1817 +1 253 475 5242 Worldwide Cell or 2-2223 Sapporo Drive Whistler, British Columbia V8E 0B5 SKYPE: dale.n.bickenbachWhatsApp

Just for the sake of discussion: Hawaiian Electric (HE) paid back $29.09 U.S. on the latest bill, 16 March -12 April 2022. Six Enphase panels are dedicated for transmitting power back to the grid. The 18 Solar World panels support the house. 2 Aquion battery stacks might to something, maybe not. Numbers ...

Seems to me connection of utility companies to a common grid is of vastly more importance that trying to extract funds for your own pocket. The Northeast seems to be littered with small independent companies that made sense over a hundred years ago, but for integrating the grid and advancing solar not ...

ASES can use firms advertizing their services, but not in the discussion section. However, the statement of services was respectful. Dale N.

Vaguely remember a lot of study done on flywheels, but reason to be discounted no. An Internet search will probably provide as much reasoning as this website. Always good to engage in study. dnb

My opinion of monitoring is the numbers are interesting and the displays, too. My sister monitored hers for a few years. I have Enphase and solar world on my Oahu house. Enphase gives me a monthly summary of the power generated and compares this to trees. However, I think they use East Coast trees ...

Can a Homeowners Association restrict solar on the roof? Obviously YES! You made a contract when you moved in! Now, negotiate, get on the council, and discuss. Have fun, I belong to 3, now. However, it is still easier to get forgiveness that permission.

Excellent reply, I would like to know the climate zone for the project, too. A structural analysis would be less costly, if the engineer knows how to make the analysis, then, a new roof. Thanks, dnb ------------ ...

The question would have been easier to reply to if the sender had supplied more information. Seems the real challenge is the manager. The roof is shipslap over what must be REAL two by fours. What might be considered is hot water under the panels, and painting the metal roof white, if the climate ...

Never heard of this. Your thinking is the roof is not 'prefect' or what? Your concern is what? Thanks. dnb ------------------------------ Dale Bickenbach Tacoma WA annadale.bickenbach@att.net ------------------------------

Mr. Fitch, thank you for address the message. I could not get into the message reply page that day. My thoughts are the same. Solar thermal systems last practically forever. Mine sole system in on my house on Oahu and while very neglected seems to have lasted well over a decade or more. I do need ...
